If there was a word for today’s WOD, it would be this…Humbled!

Right as I thought I was getting the hang of CrossFit, my trainer threw me a huge curveball.  Moving from a lot of high speed, cardio workouts to a strictly strength workout, nearly killed me.

If you try this workout, let me know.  Post your times in the comments.  Would love to hear from other athletes, CrossFitters and others, how they do with it.  Beat my time so next time I have a strong goal to aim for.
